Charlotte
Our spa therapist Charlotte Fröhlich has been a certified alternative practitioner and yoga teacher since 2019. With her specialisation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the indian healing art of Ayurveda and herbal medicine, she combines knowledge from various healing traditions. Charlotte uses this expertise to offer personalised, beneficial treatments that bring balance to body and mind. Her holistic approach promotes inner peace, regeneration and lasting well-being.
Her passion for natural healing methods flows into every treatment, making your spa experience particularly intense and healing.

Swimming pool
You can swim extensively in our indoor pool with a water temperature of 28°C and a pool size of 12×6 metres.
Steam bath & Sauna
Use our Finnish sauna (85°C) and steam bath (47°C) to relax after an active day in nature.
Experience shower & Relaxation
Enjoy the tropical or icy rain of the experience shower and relax on our large lawn.
