- All our rooms at Boutiquehotel Ochsen are non-smoking rooms.
- Tourist tax: Additional fee of € 2.90 per adult & night and € 1.20 per child & night (6 to 15 years).
- Enjoy our indoor pool, the wellness area with steam bath & sauna, the spacious garden and the on-site tennis court included.
- Depending on the category booked, up to two children (under 12) can be accommodated in the parents‘ room in additional beds / sofa beds at € 30 per child & night. We charge an additional € 9 per child & night for breakfast.
- You are welcome to use our free hotel car park. On request and subject to availability, you can hire one of our garages for € 15 per night. Please book in advance.
- You are welcome to bring your dog into the hotel and restaurant by prior arrangement. Please note that there is an additional charge of € 15 per dog per night (excluding board). We reserve the right to charge additional costs should the dog cause damage or heavy soiling.
- Rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 p.m. one week before arrival, after that 90% of the agreed price of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee. This excludes public holidays such as Christmas, New Year‘s Eve and Shrove Tuesday – as well as group reservations of 5 rooms or more. Here we take the liberty of setting individual cancellation conditions.
- Our rooms in the sun wing of the Boutiquehotel Ochsen are accessible by lift, also the wellness area. The reception and all guest lounges are barrier-free.
