The Hochschwarzwald-Card gives you one-time free use of around 100 attractions in the Upper Black Forest, including museums, ski lifts, indoor climbing park, outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pools, golf courses, mini golf courses and many more.

Dogs are very welcome here.
Unfortunately, we do not allow other pets.

Dogs are not allowed in the following two room categories:

• “Small double room in the Black Forest House”
• “Designed to stay”

The following rules apply for your four-legged friend:

• Dogs must be kept on a lead in the house
• Dogs are not allowed in the wellness & pool area
• In the restaurant we ask dogs to sit quietly on the floor, dogs are not allowed on the bench, chair or lap
• Dogs are also not allowed on the sofa and bed in the rooms. We reserve the right to charge extra cleaning costs if rooms/furniture are heavily soiled (e.g. by dog hair).
• Wet dogs must be dried with their own towel
• Walking dogs is not permitted on the hotel balcony or in our beautiful hotel garden. We also ask you to keep private neighboring properties clean. You are welcome to use our surrounding woods and meadows and always pick up the dog droppings  accordingly.

You can choose from the following cancellation conditions:

Standard rate:
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before arrival at 14:00.

Flexible rate:
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 1 day before arrival at 14:00. Your room rate is approx. 8% higher than the standard rate.

If you cancel after these deadlines, your entire stay will be charged as follows:

• Overnight stay only = 90%
• Rate including breakfast = 90%
• Rate including half board = 70%

Any deposits paid will be refunded up to these rates.
In the event of non-arrival without prior notice (no show), the booked stay will be charged at 100%.

Non-cancellable early booking rate:
This rate can only be booked at least 14 days in advance and must be paid in full in advance for a binding booking. Cancellation free of charge is not possible. Your room rate is reduced by approx. 5% compared to the standard rate.

Your hotel room will be ready for you to check in from 2.00 pm.
You are welcome to stay in the hotel earlier on the day of arrival and enjoy our restaurant, for example.
If you arrive after 9.00 pm, please let us know.

For an even more comfortable arrival, we are happy to pick you up with our hotel shuttle, e.g. from the nearby train stations.
The transfer from Titisee train station to the hotel costs € 30.00 per transfer. From Freiburg train station we charge € 120.00 / transfer.

We offer you our breakfast buffet with high-quality and regional products from 07:30 – 10:00.
If you have not booked this included in your overnight stay, we charge € 18.00 per person.

Our breakfast buffet is also available to non-hotel guests by prior reservation.

If you have booked your overnight stay including half board, we will automatically reserve a nice table for you in our restaurant.
We also recommend that à la carte guests reserve a table in advance.

A bathrobe and a SPA bag with towels and slippers are available to you free of charge during your stay. Please let us know if you need a larger bathrobe, for example.

A bicycle garage with charging facilities for your e-batteries is available free of charge.

During your stay, you are welcome to use our hotel’s own tennis court free of charge – including equipment for hire at reception. Non-hotel guests are welcome to use the court for € 10.00 / hour or € 15.00 / hour including equipment. Reservations can be made at the hotel reception.

You have exclusive access to 4 km of the Gutach river for fly fishing. You can purchase a day fishing permit for € 15- / day at reception on presentation of your valid fishing license.

There are 2 charging points available for your electric car. These are operated by our regional green energy provider “Naturenergie”.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. Alternatively, you are welcome to use our late check-out, subject to availability until 18:00, at € 65.00 / room.

For an even more comfortable departure, we are happy to take you to the nearby train stations, for example, with our hotel shuttle.

Our room prices are based on a dynamic pricing system. For example, the prices are based on the time of the inquiry, the planned booking period, the respective demand and the given occupancy rate.
